Our Staff

Dr. John Schneider, the founder of Comprehensive Pain & Neurology Center, is board certified in Pain Medicine and Neurology. He is the medical director of our Columbia, Franklin and Murfreesboro offices.

Dr. Sandra Golamco is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has fellowship training in interventional pain procedures. She works in our Dickson and Columbia clinics.

Dr. Mistie Germek is a licensed clinical psychologist. She focuses on helping people cope with the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that accompany chronic pain.

Linda Bonifield is a board-certified nurse practitioner and brings extensive experience in the field of interventional pain to the clinic.

Kelly Jackson is an advanced practice nurse. She has a master’s degree in nursing as well as a doctorate of nursing practice.

Rebekah Pierce is a board-certified nurse practitioner at Comprehensive Pain & Neurology Center and brings a wealth of experience in pain management to the practice.

Jennabeth Fitch is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 13 years of clinical experience. She brings a multidisciplinary approach to chronic and acute pain care.

Mandi Beuerlein is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Mandi has 15 years of experience as a nurse, including 10 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
